Deliver, proof, present and publish visual work — and keep every client decision as sealed, searchable knowledge.

The loop

Five stations. One chain of custody.

01IngestUpload or sync the work — folders, versions, publish states.
02ProofOne link; clients rank 1·2·3, flag, draw and voice-note.
03DecidePicks land live; export the selects straight to your editor.
04SealA human approves. The decision is cryptographically sealed.
05DistributePublish and campaign with provenance stamped in.

The interface is black and white by design — the only color on screen belongs to your client's decisions: yesmaybeno

Three wings · one loop

When the wings fly together

The white wing · surface

Feedback scattered across mail threads, transfer links and screenshots — hours lost herding it.

  • One workspace: your media, your proofing galleries, your public site — white-label, under your name.
  • Your client needs no account: one link, their name, done. They rank 1·2·3, flag yes/maybe/no, pin notes to the exact spot, type or speak them.
  • Picks land on your dashboard live; first choices export straight to your editor; delivery ships as ZIP; clients can send files back through the gallery inbox.

The black wing · engine

Enterprise work needs hard isolation — and AI that can never publish on its own.

  • One brain per tenant. Your knowledge scope is yours alone — nothing commingles, ever.
  • AI proposes; a human seals. Nothing publishes without a human-minted cryptographic seal, and the wall re-verifies it against the live engine — failing closed on any tamper.
  • Unbroken chain of custody: every published piece walks back to its origin — post, decision, draft, signal.
  • Every client decision — a join, a pick, a pinned note — lands as an observation in your tenant's own brain. Live, searchable, yours alone.

The podgeni wing · campaigns

Approved work gets copied into separate campaign tools — and the chain of custody snaps.

  • Sealed work flows into campaigns with its provenance stamped in — no re-uploading, no orphaned files.
  • Every playout re-verifies its seal against the engine just in time; a mismatch stops the campaign, not your reputation.

Coming: engagement flowing back to the brain, tuning what gets proposed next — and scheduling inside your workspace.

upload → proof → decide → seal (human) → verify → distribute → measure → learn → better next draft (coming)

In plain words

What is Crooma?

Crooma is a client-proofing and delivery platform for photographers and creative agencies. A studio uploads a shoot, sends the client one link, and the client reviews on any device with no account — ranking images 1·2·3, flagging yes/maybe/no, and leaving typed, spoken, drawn, or pin-point notes. Selections land on the studio's dashboard live; first choices export straight to the editor, and delivery ships as a ZIP. Every workspace also publishes a public website on its own subdomain. Underneath, each tenant gets an isolated AI knowledge base — every client decision is stored as a sealed, searchable observation, and nothing publishes without a human's cryptographic approval. Crooma runs in the browser, starts free with three active galleries, and scales from €19.99 per month for solo studios to team and enterprise plans.

Frequently asked questions

Do my clients need an account?

No. Clients open a single share link, enter their name, and review immediately — optionally gated by a password or a 4–6 digit PIN. No sign-up, ever.

How does client proofing work?

Clients rank images as 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice, flag yes/maybe/no, like, and leave notes — typed, dictated, drawn on the image, or pinned to an exact spot. The studio sees every decision live and exports the selects.

Is my work isolated from other studios?

Yes — hard multi-tenancy. Each workspace has its own scope and its own AI knowledge base; content and knowledge never commingle between tenants, and cross-tenant reads are structurally impossible.

Can the AI publish anything on its own?

No. AI proposes; a human seals. Publishing, billing, and contract actions are programmatically blocked until a person approves — every approval is cryptographically sealed and re-verified before distribution, failing closed on any tamper.
