CROOMA
Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026
Welcome to Crooma (https://www.crooma.cloud). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crooma, a B2B client-proofing, digital asset management (DAM), and AI-native B2B content intelligence platform. Crooma is operated by Crooma GmbH (i.G.), Munich, Germany ("Crooma", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the platform, you ("User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
1. Services Provided
Crooma is an integrated visual operations workspace consisting of five core modules:
- Assets: Digital Asset Management (DAM) for storing, organizing, and versioning media assets.
- Galleries: High-speed client proofing and selection interface.
- Workflows: Approval routing, status tracking, and spec-locking.
- Portals: Secure sharing graphs and client/supplier collaboration hubs.
- PodGeni: AI-driven B2B content syndication, scheduling, and campaign telemetry.
The platform is powered by the Continuum AMF (Autonomous Media Factory) spine, which enforces absolute data isolation and trust parameters for all customer workspaces.
2. Multi-Tenant Privacy and Invariants
Crooma is architected with strict, local-first data isolation rules to guarantee the absolute sovereignty of your business data:
- 1:1 Identity Isolation: Your visual
workspace_idmaps exactly 1:1 to your isolated Continuum database partition (tenantId). Cross-tenant data retrieval is structurally impossible at the database engine level. - PII & Secret Scrubbing: Crooma maintains a write-time privacy scrubber. All ingested data streams (git commit history, documentation, transcripts, feedback) are automatically scanned, and 11 distinct patterns of personal data (emails, credit cards, IBANs, passports, phone numbers) and API keys/secrets are redacted *before* the data is persisted or embedded.
- Byte Ownership: Crooma owns and stores physical asset binaries on secure, encrypted S3-compatible cloud object storage. The underlying AI spine stores only lightweight conceptual metadata (Observations) to map context without exposing your raw assets.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Stripe Integration
Crooma is offered in three subscription tiers:
- Free Tier: €0/month, providing basic workspace access and limited storage.
- Pro Tier: €19.99/month, un-gating advanced proofing, high-speed matching, and extended context limits.
- Team Tier: €49.99/month, adding multi-user collaboration, larger storage quotas, and priority campaign scheduling.
All paid transactions, subscriptions, and invoice generation are processed securely via Stripe, Inc. By upgrading to a paid tier, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and represent that you are utilizing the services strictly for commercial, professional, or freelance business purposes (B2B).
4. IP-Provenance and The Cryptographic Seal
Crooma’s primary value proposition is governed AI autonomy. Our system includes a strict "Verify-Then-Dissolve" lifecycle:
- An AI agent's claim of completion is never trusted on its word. A task is only marked complete if its independent validation script (
verifyCommand) exits with a code of0. - Every human approval (the P9 Leap) writes an immutable, append-only decision record to the Authorship Ledger in the Continuum spine. This record seals a re-derivable SHA-256 hash of the creative asset.
- We guarantee complete IP-Provenance. You can export a tamper-evident audit trail linking your published campaign assets back to your explicit human approval and original source documentation, proving your legal ownership and authorship under intellectual property laws.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Your Content: You retain full ownership, copyright, and control over all media assets, text, guidelines, and feedback uploaded to Crooma. You grant us a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive license solely to host, process, and transmit your assets to fulfill the services in your scoped workspace.
- Platform IP: The Crooma product shell, UI, design assets, and database frameworks are the exclusive property of Crooma. The core Continuum spine is licensed under the open-source Apache License 2.0, giving you the right to self-host and audit the memory core independently.
6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
- Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Crooma does not represent that the platform will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or immune to emerging security vulnerabilities.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation, arising from your use of the platform.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Crooma harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from assets you upload that violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of laws principles. The place of performance and exclusive venue for all disputes arising from this contract is Munich, Germany (*Amtsgericht München*).
